We even have land available to buy exclusively for our own clients. Our very first Display Home won a Housing Industry Award in 1999 and we have enjoyed a great succession of winning home designs ever since. We are so thankful for our wonderful team who bring a great atmosphere to each working day and you’ll be sure to enjoy that vibe when you meet and work with us.
Our Team:
Enquiries to build with us will initially pass our Sales Team – we have a staff of experienced sales people who enjoy their job and have a wealth of knowledge for you to tap in to.
We collate available land in the local area, and have a large range of home and duplex designs created by us, using our knowledge of the local market, so this is a great advantage to you. We also have an in-house draftsperson available to draft plans or make amendments for our clients. Saying that we desire to extend an amazing service to our clients would sound so cliché, but it is truly the intention of all our team, to look after you and assist you wherever we can to enjoy the whole process.
The Admin team has increased substantially during the last 12 months enabling us to bring new services to our clients that we haven’t had the man-power to achieve in the past. We have spent a lot of time perfecting our processes and this ensures that our clients feel supported during the process of the build. Recent feedback continues to indicate a very positive experience from our clients and many of the return for investment opportunities or to build again.
